Since our last update, the Inquiry has prepared its draft report. A natural justice process has also been commenced to enable those criticised in the report to review it and provide their response. This is a critical and necessary step. Given the significant amount of information contained in the report, the scale of the matters that need to be addressed, and the number of parties entitled to engage in the Natural Justice process, the Inquiry, unfortunately, will not be able to meet a publication date of the end of July 2023. We are now working to a revised date of 18 September 2023 though there remains a chance the release date could be further delayed. We understand this will come as a disappointment to our participants who have been waiting a long time already for the report. We continue to appreciate the patience of all participants as we work as quickly as possible to deliver a comprehensive and important report.
